Who we work for here

Developers and brokerages based in Dubai with inventory worth selling one conversation at a time: off-plan projects, bulk unit sales, exclusive listings. Clients in this market today are UAE-based.

Who we find

Companies setting up in the UAE and housing staff, investors from Turkey, Russia and the CIS, Europe and the wider Gulf, and family offices posting a search. We trace the owner, the relocation manager or the investment lead.

The buying signals we read in this market

A signal is a public event that says a company is buying now: a tender, a new licence, a hiring post, a request in a trade community. The engine matches it to your target profile, traces the person who decides, and drafts one message for your approval. The live totals across all client workspaces are on the data page.

Channels and languages

LinkedIn and email from your own accounts, WhatsApp where the buyer has shown a number in public and the destination country allows it. English, Arabic, Russian and Turkish. Every message is approved by you.

Legal gates we respect up front

Saudi Arabia: no cold WhatsApp. UAE: we contact businesses and public searches, never scraped consumer lists. Germany and the EU: no unsolicited B2B email without consent (UWG §7, GDPR); first contact goes through LinkedIn. We say which channel is open in each country before setup.

Note on the fee base: for brokerages the 20% is calculated on your commission from the attributed transaction, for developers on the first contracted unit, as written in the agreement before the start.

How an engagement runs

  1. Week 1: setup. Target profile, exclusion list, your accounts connected, first message set written in the buyer's language. Covered by the $500 setup.
  2. From week 2: approved outreach. One card per message in your workspace. You approve, edit or skip. Sent from your accounts.
  3. Replies and meetings. Handled the same way, with your approval. Meeting link and reply history stay with you.
  4. Attribution and invoice. 20% of the first order from each attributed deal, invoiced after you are paid. The rule is on the attributed deal page.

Questions

Do you also handle inbound portal leads?

No. We only ever contact people BigM found from a public buying signal. Your inbound stays yours and is excluded from attribution.

How is a property deal attributed?

Same rule as everywhere: we found the buyer, the first conversation came through a message you approved, and the deal closed within the window. The 20% applies to your commission on that first transaction, not to the property price; the agreement states the base.

Which languages?

English, Arabic, Russian and Turkish.

What does it cost?

$500 setup once, then 20% of the attributed first transaction's commission, as set in the agreement. Nothing monthly.
