Umur built the BigM engine: the signal readers, the matching to a client's target profile, the approval workflow and the placeholder layer that keeps personal data out of model calls. He is the person a client's technical team talks to about accounts, data and integrations.

- Built and runs the signal engine and the per-message approval workflow
- Owns data handling: personal data is replaced with placeholders before any model call
- Point of contact for account connection, exports and the data-processing agreement
